Our single source capabilities also include machining, finishing and assembly work. Peerless Hardware has established direct relationships with over 20 international and domestic foundries to provide our customers with the highest quality products at a cost effective price.
Small to Large Castings: 1 ounce to 75 pounds…Machined and Finished per customer specification eliminates the extra handling of parts through additional vendors.
Domestic and Offshore Foundries: Offshore operations are supported by an engineering staff and our manufacturing team located in Columbia, Pennsylvania. Peerless Hardware is a family owned and operated business with over 52 years of casting experience. An on-site engineering and technical staff, solely employed by Peerless Hardware, assists and directs the offshore foundries and factories in the proper methods to manufacture our products. Products are inspected as they are manufactured and again before they leave the foundry or factory. When received at Peerless the final machining and assembly work is performed which enables us to perform another inspection process. This procedure has proven to be a most successful one because it minimizes possible quality problems. A satisfied customer is our most important product.

- Investment Cast Steel(Lost Wax): Low to Medium Carbon Steel Castings(C1010 to C1040) Precision casting which eliminates many machining operations.
- Forged Steel: Cold Heading and Drop Forging
- Malleable Iron: Grade 32510 per ASTM A-47
- Ductile Iron: Grades 60-40-18 and 65-45-12 and 80-55-06 per ASTM A-536
- Gray Iron: Grade 30
